my practice philosophy
I’m committed to cultivating comfortable and affirming movement space for all bodies. As a queer, nonbinary, trans person, I have experienced the ways in which toxic fitness culture excludes and alienates people with marginalized identities and bodies that fall outside of the mainstream of what fit is “supposed” to look like. My practice is grounded in love and acceptance. It is gender affirming, weight neutral, flexible, supportive, and collaborative. I believe that movement is for everybody and every body: it doesn’t look any single way! As a trainer and coach, I’m here to support you in movement and strength training in ways that feel good for you.
