I acknowledge that social inequities exist in the United States (and elsewhere) that systemically disadvantage individuals and groups, and that this creates barriers to access of services that are dependent on an individual's ability to pay for them. I use an equity-based tiered pricing model in order to address the financial imbalance between those with greater access to capital and institutional funding and those who have been disadvantaged and excluded.

personal training

one on one training sessions with the option to meet virtually (Zoom) or in-person. sessions last up to 50 minutes each. the benefit of working one-on-one is individualized programming and real-time coaching and cueing to help you learn safe and sustainable technique and get stronger! I offer a gentle, flexible, supportive, and collaborative approach that is atypical in most movement practices and training spaces.

small group classes

classes are currently on pause!
small group strength classes of up to 5 people in a fully equipped private studio. general full-body strength classes meet regularly multiple days a week. class programming is designed to promote general overall strength gains and functional mobility for every day life. attention and coaching for your level of experience and need, and frequent check-ins both in and outside of class.
the benefit of classes is the community aspect as well as the low athlete to coach ratio so that all participants get lots of individual instruction at a lower cost compared to individual sessions. my coaching is gentle, flexible, supportive, and collaborative.
additional specialty classes are offered on a rolling basis and are based around different focus points such as fundamentals of strength training, kettlebell training, Powerlifting techniques, and Olympic weightlifting techniques.

remote coaching

remote coaching is an asynchronous approach to training that allows you to train at your convenience. it is a great and affordable option for folks who want the structure and routine of a program but also the flexibility to train any time from anywhere!
you get personalized programming - up to 5 days per week - alongside unlimited text communication and weekly program check-ins plus video review. programs are delivered via google sheets and are updated weekly. programs are are a collaborative effort and are tailored to help you meet your individual goals.

open studio

open studio hours are not yet available!
open studio is a time when members can come in for self-directed training time. hours will be posted in Push Press and will be limited to 2 people per hour-long slot. there will be at least 2 open gym hours daily with times varying due to studio use for classes or personal training. the open studio package allows for unlimited open studio sign-ups.

self-led programs

self-led programs are designed to be done at home or in a training space that you have access to. programs provide detailed instructions and video demonstrations for movements. programs are written and organized in a way that offers flexible pacing and multiple movement variations to choose from. there is no direct communication with me for self-led programs; however I encourage anyone who downloads my program packages to also subscribe to my YouTube channel with a free video demonstration library! click here to check out available programs.
